I am going on holiday with my entire family for the next week and a half...
I look forward to this trip every year with a mixture of anxiety and excitement. Right now I have images of the beach, feelings of the wind blowing on my face...and then of continually being bothered, put down, and stressed. I love my family, have no doubt...I just wish that sometimes they would switch to decaf or take a day off from the negativity.
I will be drawing as much as I can this week, while I am gone, and I am making a promise now that I shall have no less than 10 individual drawings to post when I come back. I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing, but it's like :devsunnyforever: has told me from the start, I've got to get practicing if I want to improve at all.
I have a list of things I am trying to complete as well:
- A giant group drawing, ~
madreamschaotic has already given me several suggestions that I am excited to try but I am always looking for more.
- Character sheets for all of my original characters
- 5 smaller group drawings
- 1 really detailed piece
- 10 coloured pieces
- Get my 'Fred' Comic up and running
- Work on the EFAL Gang Webcomic
This is just part of the list but I figure if I make it too big then I won't get to any of it. I look forward to spending as much time as I can working with my lines and colours.
I am going to end this journal here before I go into much more detail and spend the remainder of my work day procrastinating and stalling.
One last shoutout before I go though,
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies...I am taking this book with me on vacation...has anyone read it? It looks hilarious and I am really excited about reading it!

Alright my fellow artists, Wish me luck and I shall be impatiently awaiting my next visit to this site in roughly a week and a half.
OMGoose...not another one haha, I need to get through this one for now, maybe later I'll widen my horizons.
Yeah, I'm really depressed about the whole thing. I have to take 12 units per semester at SDSU (because of my financial aide requirements) so if I take Art 258 at a JC then I still have to take 4 classes at SDSU...I can't handle 15 units a semester, I've tried before and nearly killed myself in the process. Heritage of Story Telling??? What's it involve? Wow, that's less than a year away! AWESOME! Studios scare me....internship is also a daunting task, though more fun than studios. What are you looking to intern in?
Hmmm...what's there to do in San Diego that doesn't cost...*ponders* well I don't know how you feel about watching movies...erm...I dunno lemme think on it.

Take your peanuts and your popcorn too, but leave me my sanity, my soul, and my heart that I may live to entertain another....
I love watching movies, or just wandering around town, bowling is always fun, I mean I get paid Tuesday and could spend a little bit just no sea world trips or like mad crazy shopping trips lol.
Whoa, I am digging that Journal skin. For realz. *thumbs-up of approval*
